 A Daily 10 minute breathwork and movement practice integrateing the phases of S.O.M.AÂ
While using SOMA in therapy sessions is essential to heal trauma and repattern survival strategies, the practice is a daily 10 min routine to sense move and release daily stressors and emotional tension.Â
